About the role
LANCH revolutioniert den Food-Markt mit 300+ Delivery Stores, 10+ eigenen Stores (2025 werden nochmal 50 gebaut) und der nationalen Präsenz in allen Supermärkten wie Rewe & Edeka. Dabei vertreibt LANCH die NextGen brands wie Happy Slice oder Loco Chicken - weitere Marken folgen in 2025.
Für unser Team in Berlin suchen wir noch einen kreativen, erfahrenen Food Development Manager:
- Entwicklung innovativer Menü-Konzepte für alle LANCH-Marken wie Loco Chicken etc.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Chief Culinary Officer & dem gesamten Food Team
- Implementierung regelmäßiger Produktrotation und Menüneuheiten
- Leitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung
- Marktanalyse und Trendforschung im Food-Sektor
- Etablierung von Qualitätsstandards und Sicherstellung der Skalierbarkeit
