About the role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our financial strategy and supporting our growth across multiple business units. Based in Berlin, you will work closely with senior management and report directly to the CFO.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and own budgets, financial forecasts models as well as track actual performance to ensure achievement of strategic goals
  • Act as sparring partner for the business units to support decision-making and drive performance
  • Interpret financial data and trends, translating them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Support fundraising processes and investor reporting
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for process optimization

About you

What You Need to Have
  • +3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in high-paced commercial environments, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth challenges
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a "Founder's Mentality," self-directed and proactive
  • Ability to build trust and relationships easily, showing ownership and responsibility in your area
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
