As Head of Tech & Data, you will build and lead one of the most strategically important teams at LANCH. You own our entire technical infrastructure, our internal platforms (Partner Portal & LANCH OS), our data architecture, and the development of our AI‑driven tools. You ensure that we scale fast, stay technologically ahead, and that every team can make data‑driven decisions.
You work closely with the founders & C‑level, translate business needs into technical roadmaps, and build a strong Tech team that combines speed, quality, and pragmatism.

What you will do:
- Lead the Tech & Data team and scale it strategically
- Own the company-wide Tech & Data strategy and make high-level tech decisions
- Define the product roadmap for Partner Portal & LANCH OS
- 50% hands-on: architecture, development, data, infra, reviews, tooling
- Coach junior developers and establish a strong engineering culture
- Own tech hiring (e.g., Data Engineer)
- Drive AI enablement and automation across teams
