About the role
Als Head of Tech & Data baust und leitest du eines der strategisch wichtigsten Teams bei LANCH. Du verantwortest unsere gesamte technische Infrastruktur, unsere internen Plattformen (Partner Portal & LANCH OS), unsere Datenarchitektur sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer AI-getriebenen Tools. Du sorgst dafür, dass wir schnell skalieren können, technologisch immer einen Schritt voraus sind und alle Teams datengetriebene Entscheidungen treffen können.
Du arbeitest eng mit Founders & C-Level zusammen, übersetzt Business Needs in technische Roadmaps und baust ein starkes Tech-Team auf, das Geschwindigkeit, Qualität und Pragmatismus vereint.

Was Du tun wirst:
- Du leitest das Tech & Data Team und baust es strategisch weiter aus.
- Du verantwortest Tech‑ & Data‑Strategie, triffst High‑Level‑Tech‑Entscheidungen und übersetzt Business Needs in Roadmaps.
- Du ownst Partner Portal & LANCH OS als Product Owner.
- Du bist 50% hands‑on: Architektur, Development, Data, Infra, Reviews, Tooling.
- Du coachst Junior Developer und schaffst eine starke Engineering Culture.
- Du definierst Hiring‑Bedarfe und führst Tech Hiring (z. B. Data Engineer).
- Du bringst AI‑ und Automations‑Tools in die Teams und baust unser internes Tech‑Branding auf.
