Als Videograf & Content Creator verantwortest du den visuellen Auftritt unserer Marken Loco Chicken (20+ QSR & 500 Delivery Partner in Deutschland) und LANCH (Food-Tech Plattform). Dein Spielplatz reicht von TikTok-Snippets bis Kampagnenfilm, von Street Vibes bis Food-Porn, von AI-Creations bis Live-Event-Produktion.

Berlin-basiert, aber viel unterwegs – Store Openings, Launches, internationale Produktionen.

Deine Aufgaben

Daily Social Content für TikTok & Instagram (Trends, Hooks, Signature-Formate)
On-Site Content Creation bei Store Openings, Events & Community-Aktionen
Kampagnen-Shoots begleiten oder selbst führen – inkl. Hero Videos, BTS, Stills
Entwicklung eines klaren Visual Language Systems auf Basis unserer Brand Guidelines
AI-gestützte Content-Produktion (Bild, Video, Motion)
Erstellung von Paid-Social Assets
Food-Shoots & Food-Styling (du musst kein Chef sein – aber wissen, wie Chicken glänzt)
Optional: Grafik / Motion Basic Skills (Overlays, Memes, Thumbnails etc.)

About you

1–2 Jahre Erfahrung als Videograf, Content Creator oder Creative Producer
Social Media im Blut – Trends, Sounds, Hooks & Timing
Sichere Skills mit Kamera (Mirrorless / iPhone / Gimbal) & Schnitt (Premiere / CapCut / DaVinci / FCP)
Sicher im Umgang mit Mirrorless-Kameras auch für Fotografie (z. B. Event- / Food- / Portrait-Shooting) und routiniert in Adobe Suite (Lightroom / Photoshop) für Bildbearbeitung
Erste Erfahrung mit AI-Tools wie Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Sora & Nano Banana
Du verstehst nicht nur „ästhetisch“, sondern „attention-grabbing“
Bonus: Fashion-, Music- oder Street-Culture-DNA
Reisebereit, Hands-on & schnell im Kopf
