About the role
Wir suchen einen präzisen und zuverlässigen Finance Manager, der unser wachsendes Finanzteam verstärkt. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend für den Aufbau solider finanzieller Grundlagen und die Unterstützung unserer Wachstumsphase. Du wirst in unserem modernen Büro in Berlin Mitte arbeiten und einschlägige Erfahrungen im Start-up-Umfeld sammeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Aufbau und Optimierung der Buchhaltung sowie zugehöriger Prozesse

  • Erstellung der monatlichen und jährlichen Finanzberichte der Muttergesellschaft sowie Tochtergesellschaften inkl. Unterstützung bei der Konsolidierung  

  • Überwache den Cashflow und unterstütze bei der Liquiditätsplanung

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zur Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse

  • Mitwirken bei der Digitalisierung und Verbesserung von Finanzprozessen und -kontrollen

  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung einer Verrechnungspreis-Struktur für Tochtergesellschaften

About you
Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting/Finance

  • Gutes Verständnis von Buchhaltungsgrundsätzen und Finanzberichterstattung

  • Erfahrung in einem Start-up-Umfeld ist wünschenswert

  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Auge fürs Detail

  • Proaktive Einstellung und Fähigkeit, in einem schnellwachsenden Umfeld zu arbeiten

  • Fließend in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse

About the role
We are looking for an accurate and reliable Finance Manager to join our growing finance team. This role is critical to building solid financial foundations and supporting our growth phase. You will work in our modern office in Berlin Mitte and gain relevant experience in a start-up environment.

Your tasks
  • Responsibility for the development and optimisation of accounting and related processes
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for the parent company and subsidiaries, including support with consolidation  
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with liquidity planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise accounting processes
  • Contribute to the digitalisation and improvement of financial processes and controls
  • Participate in the development of a transfer pricing structure for subsidiaries
About you
What we're looking for: 
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting/finance
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in a start-up environment is desirable
  • Good analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German and good command of English
