About the role
Als Regional Director fungierst Du als entscheidende Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Co-Founder und Chief Revenue Officer Kevin und den einzelnen Stores. Die Position verbindet sowohl strategische Planung als auch operative Führung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung und Unterstützung der Betriebsleiter, um die Effizienz und Qualität in allen zugeordneten Restaurants zu maximieren. Zudem überwachst Du die Finanzielle Performance,  kümmerst dich um die Umsetzung von Best Practices, um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Einhaltung der Standards zu gewährleisten. Dabei betreust Du unsere Stores in der Region Nord und Ost.

Das wirst Du tun:
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung operativer Vorgaben in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen Betriebsleitern und Geschäftsführung, inklusive regelmäßiger Berichterstattung.
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Betriebsleiter, einschließlich wöchentlicher Einzelmeetings und monatlicher Teammeetings.
  • Sicherstellung der Nutzung aktueller Vorlagen und Tools der Systemzentrale sowie Anleitung der Betriebsleiter.
  • Überprüfung und Optimierung von finanzieller Performance, Dienstplänen, Lohnabrechnungen und Urlaubsplanungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsleitern.
  • Planung und Koordination von Trainings und Zertifizierungen der Mitarbeiter in Absprache mit Betriebsleitern und HR, sowie Quality-Audits in den Stores
  • Kontrolle und Optimierung der Bestellungen der Restaurants sowie Überwachung der Umsetzung von Specials und Kartenänderungen.
About you
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der (System-)gastronomie, um ein tiefes Verständnis für Betriebsabläufe, Menüentwicklung und Kundenservice zu gewährleisten - administrative Verantwortung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Optimierung von Küchen- und Serviceprozessen, um Effizienz zu steigern und Kosten zu senken
  • Analytische Skills und Erfahrung im Umgang mit operativen KPIs sowie tiefgehendes Verständnis von Finanzkennzahlen
  • Erfahrung im Implementieren und Überwachen von Qualitätsstandards, um konsistente Produkt- und Servicequalität sicherzustellen
  • Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Store-Personal und anderen Stakeholdern zu interagieren

About the role

As Regional Director, you serve as a critical interface between our Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer Kevin and the individual stores. The position combines strategic planning and operational leadership: you are responsible for leading and supporting the store managers to maximize efficiency and quality across all assigned restaurants. Additionally, you oversee financial performance, ensure the implementation of best practices, and ensure continuous improvement and adherence to standards. You will manage our stores in the North and East regions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and implementation of operational directives in coordination with the management team.

  • Coordination and communication between store managers and management, including regular reporting.

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of store managers, including weekly one-on-one meetings and monthly team meetings.

  • Ensuring the use of current templates and tools from the central system and providing guidance to store managers.

  • Reviewing and optimizing financial performance, staff schedules, payroll, and vacation planning in collaboration with store managers.

  • Planning and coordinating employee training and certifications in consultation with store managers and HR, as well as conducting quality audits in the stores.

  • Monitoring and optimizing restaurant orders and overseeing the implementation of specials and menu changes.

About you
  • Extensive experience in (chain) restaurants to ensure a deep understanding of operations, menu development, and customer service – administrative responsibility is a plus

  • Knowledge in optimizing kitchen and service processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

  • Analytical skills and experience working with operational KPIs, along with a deep understanding of financial metrics

  • Experience in implementing and monitoring quality standards to ensure consistent product and service quality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with store staff and other stakeholders

  • Strong hands-on mentality
