About the role

Wir suchen einen motivierten und analytischen FP&A Manager, der unser dynamisches Team verstärkt. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend für die Umsetzung unserer Finanzstrategie und die Unterstützung unseres Wachstums in mehreren Geschäftseinheiten. Der Standort ist Berlin, und du wirst eng mit dem Senior Management zusammenarbeiten und direkt an den CFO berichten.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwickle und betreue Budgets, Finanzplanungen sowie Modelle und verfolge die tatsächliche Leistung, um die Erreichung der strategischen Zielsetzungen sicherzustellen
Sei Sparringspartner für die Geschäftseinheiten, um die Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen und die Performance zu steigern
Interpretiere Finanzdaten und Trends und übersetze sie in umsetzbare Empfehlungen für Stakeholder
Unterstütze bei Finanzierungsprozessen und Investor Reporting
Überprüfe bestehender Finanzprozesse, identifiziere Ineffizienzen und entwickle Strategien zur Prozessoptimierung

About you

Was du mitbringen solltest

Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A oder ähnlichen Rollen
Starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten zu interpretieren und mehrere Prioritäten zu managen
Erfahrung in schnelllebigen kommerziellen Umgebungen, vertraut mit Ambiguität und Herausforderungen des schnellen Wachstums
Unternehmerische Denkweise mit einem „Founder’s Mentality“, selbstgesteuert und proaktiv
Fähigkeit, Vertrauen und Beziehungen leicht aufzubauen, mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein in deinem Bereich
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our financial strategy and supporting our growth across multiple business units. Based in Berlin, you will work closely with senior management and report directly to the CFO.
What You’ll Do

Develop and own budgets, financial forecasts models as well as track actual performance to ensure achievement of strategic goals
Act as sparring partner for the business units to support decision-making and drive performance
Interpret financial data and trends, translating them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Support fundraising processes and investor reporting
Conduct thorough assessments of existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for process optimization

About you

What You Need to Have

+3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and manage multiple priorities
Experience in high-paced commercial environments, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth challenges
Entrepreneurial mindset with a "Founder's Mentality," self-directed and proactive
Ability to build trust and relationships easily, showing ownership and responsibility in your area
Excellent communication skills in German and English
