LANCH, the fastest-growing consumer company in DACH, is seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Berlin, LANCH partners with restaurants and top creators to launch delivery-first food brands such as Happy Slice pizza, Loco Chicken, and the new Korean-style Koco Chicken. Beyond virtual kitchens, we are rolling out a network of physical restaurants and retail brands (“Happy Chips”, “Loco Tortillas”) that already reach thousands of supermarkets. Backed by €26 million in Series A funding (Feb 2025), our Tech & Data team is building the platforms - LANCH OS and the Partner Portal - that power everything from menu management to supply-chain automation.

The Role
We’re looking for a Frontend-focused Full-Stack Engineer who will take end-to-end ownership of the two products our partners use every day:
- Partner Portal – a web app where restaurant managers manage menus, orders, and performance.
- LANCH OS – our internal operating system for growth, logistics, and brand ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of new Partner Portal and LANCH OS features using React, TypeScript, and modern state-management patterns.
- Build and consume our internal FastAPI + PostgreSQL APIs to ensure type-safe, performant data flows.
- Build reusable UI components, design systems, and testing frameworks that scale across brands and geographies.
- Own the full software lifecycle - ideation, technical design, implementation, CI/CD, release, and observability - on GCP.
- Independently drive day-to-day UI/UX design and team up with external designers on larger feature launches to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
- Pair with backend and data engineers to optimize queries, automate partner invoicing, and integrate third-party delivery platforms.
- Set the bar for code quality, documentation, and engineering best practices as we grow the team.
