About the role

Als Praktikant im Bereich Founders Associate übernimmst Du von Tag eins an wichtige Verantwortung. Du wirst alles Wichtige über Early Stage Startups lernen und managest spezielle Projekte und Task Forces in der gesamten Organisation. Du wirst direkt mit erfahrenen Gründern und Managern sowie mit den bekanntesten Superstars unserer Generation zusammenarbeiten.

Du wirst eng mit Jonas, einem unserer Co-Founder, zusammenarbeiten. Gemeinsam mit ihm bist du die "special Task Force" und wirst hauptsächlich die Bereiche Operations, Finanzen, Supply Chain sowie die Tech / Data abdecken, und hast die einzigartige Chance, einen nachhaltigen Einfluss auf eins der am schnellsten wachsendes Unternehmen auf dem Deutschen Markt zu nehmen. Deine Rolle ist entscheidend – du wirst wichtige Projekte leiten, die interne Kommunikation erleichtern und Beziehungen zu Schlüsselakteuren pflegen, wodurch du deine Position als wichtiger Beitrag zum Wachstum und Erfolg des Unternehmens festigst.

Was du tun wirst:

Projektmanagement: Du wirst gleichzeitig an verschiedenen wichtigen Projekten arbeiten, die zahlreiche unterschiedliche Stakeholder sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Organisation umfassen.
Strategische & finanzielle Analysen: Du wirst regelmäßig finanzielle und strategische Analysen zusammen mit Jonas und unserer Finanzabteilung durchführen.
Verbesserungen der betrieblichen Effizienz: Du wirst in das Operations Department eintauchen – eine unserer Kernabteilungen – um die Effizienz unserer Operationen weiter zu steigern.
Vorbereitung von Präsentationen: Du wirst die C-Level-Führungskräfte direkt bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für externe Stakeholder unterstützen.
Aufbau von Handbüchern: Als Praktikant im Bereich Founders Associate wirst du operative Prozesse in der gesamten Organisation implementieren und verbessern. Damit ermöglichen wir es, unser Geschäft zu skalieren.
Operative Unterstützung: Du wirst dabei helfen, den täglichen Betrieb unserer Teams in den Bereichen Betrieb, Technik, Finanzen und Lieferkette zu managen.
Unternehmerisches Denken: Du solltest lösungsorientiert arbeiten und fähig sein, über den Tellerrand hinauszudenken.

About you

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du:

Über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (schriftlich & mündlich) verfügen
Ein Wirtschaftsstudium mit einem Schwerpunkt in Finanzen oder Supply Chain absolvieren
2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Start-up, im Investmentbanking oder in der Beratung mitbringen
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Produkten der Google Suite, insbesondere Google Sheets, haben
Motiviert sein, interessante Projekte zu leiten und zu verantworten, außergewöhnliche analytische Fähigkeiten zeigen und eine datengesteuerte Denkweise besitzen
Frühere Praktika/Berufserfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld gesammelt haben
Hochmotiviert sein, ein Start-up von Null an mit aufzubauen
Eine Hands-on-Mentalität besitzen und bereit sein, die extra Meile zu gehen
Kritisch & progressiv Denken, um die besten möglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen

About the role

As a Founders Associate intern, you are entrusted with significant responsibilities and ownership from the outset. You will learn about everything that matters in an early-stage startup while managing special initiatives across the entire organisation. You will work directly with experienced founders and managers as well as with the most known superstars of our generation.

You'll work closely with Jonas, one of our co-founders. In partnership with him, you'll engage in specialized task forces predominantly covering operations, finance, supply chain, as well as data and technology departments, gaining a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact on our rapidly expanding company. Your role is critical—you'll lead crucial projects, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, cementing your position as a vital contributor to the company's growth and success.

What you will do:

Project management: You will work on various important projects simultaneously that include multiple different stakeholders from both inside and outside of the organisation.
Strategic & financial analyses: You will conduct financial and strategic analyses with Jonas and our finance department on a regular basis.
Operational efficiency improvements: You will dive into operations - one of our companies core departments - seeking for process improvements to further increase our operation’s efficiency
Presentation preparations: You will directly support the C-Level with preparing presentations for external stakeholders
Playbook set-up: As a Founders Associate intern, you will implement and improve operational processes across the entire organisation. Enabling us to scale our business.
Operational assistance: You will help managing day-to-day operations of our operations, tech, finance and supply chain teams.
Entrepreneurial thinking: You are solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box.

About you

To be successful in this role, you:

Have great communication skills (written & spoken)
Are a business school student with an finance or supply chain background
Hold 2 years experience in high paced start-up, investment banking or consulting
Have experience in working with Google Suite products, specifically Google Sheets
Are motivated to execute and own interesting projects, show exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Have prior internships/work experience in a fast-paced environment
Are highly motivated to build a start-up from the ground up
Have a hands-on mentality and are willing to go the extra mile
Apply critical thinking to evaluate the best potential outcomes
